Hallo! ive made my font size biggerrr is this kewl?! Shannon! its not potty bella its portobella! and heyy u can call! ive alredi told daddy and his prepared about this ok? arghh!!! my back hurts like crazy!!! its sooo painful! cos of training today..ive been lifting too much heavy weights i guess it hurt my lower back..my bones are cracking their gona collapse and what will be left of me is some skin floating around..TRAINING was sooo extremely mega cool!! i neva thot id love running this much eva! we were supposed to run 35 mins today as a team. Arabel, mandy, amy, shalini, zakya, and shequn. we were running and i totally loved it..i wasnt even tired..i reli hope i can run like how i did in the past..its been a while since ive ran this well..im totally gona work hard no matter how much ill suffer il try to persevere no matter what! we were running when arabel, sis and me realised all the other team mates had gone..they'd stopped..then arabel said she wanted to stop too..so everyone stopped..i tried to jog slowly on the spot cos it wasnt a very good idea to stop totally..when suddenly! the rain started pouring like crazy!! we went to the nearest shelter..then we didnt bother and started running..it was like showering!! we were all soaked to the bone!!! it was as if we'd just came out from the swimming pool or sumfin.. Arabel said we shd write this in our journals!!! and so i did! it was sooo fun..we kept laughin and running and pple were staring thinkin we were crazy!
and tml!!! im gona cut my hair with Arabel, mandy and sis..! but i do hope the lady wouldnt try going for the spike thingy like the last time cos long hair isnt suited for it...i do hope she noes that! im still putting on that dumb hair band cos of the stupid short spiky trends of hair ive got! we're gona take neoprints yay and we're gona go for the sparkle!! we played soccer again today and it was the most hilarious thing eva esp when soccer is played by butter-leg gurlz! we were all screamy and hooty bout it! amy was reli good! and who the hell is wo lai ye?? it must be a funy person!
